Every event is a little different. That's why we offer a variety of service & beverage options to suit your budget and your style. Start by selecting a base service, then select whatever add-ons you would like. When you are ready, give us a shout by phone or email and we'd be happy to book you in based on availability.

Pick a Service
Bru, Limited Service: Most popular option for Cocktail hour, Film Catering and private events under 150 people. We bring the Bru Bike out to your location for a standard 4 hour service or less, wherein each guest receives 1 beverage of their choice from anything on the menu; which we will make to order.
+Cost per Guest for 1 Drink each = $6.00 +GST
+Cost: Load In/Out + Labour = $250.00 +GST
+Long distance fee may apply if outside of Victoria
Bru, Unlimited Service: Most popular for groups over 150 people or services greater then 4 hours.
All the same services are included as the Limited Service, but pricing will be based on the estimated number of drinks consumed over an alotted period of time. Choosing up to 3 Feature Beverages is highly recommended for large crowds to help facilitate smooth and speedy service. These are pre-made and ready to serve upon our arrival in large holding containers. *Minimum spend required.*
Basic Café Catering - A simpler service for delicious basics: We arrive to your venue with 2 classics, our signature Original Bru Medium Roast Drip Coffee and a selection of Teas. The set-up is simpler; classic bevvies and all the fixings, served from a catering table with crisp black linens.
Cost per Guest for 1 Drink each = $3.15 + GST
+Cost: Load In/Out + Labour = $200.00 +GST
